TTRO - ANSON ROAD / CHARNWOOD ROAD / OXFORD STREET, SHEPSHED (23 Sept 2024)

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order at the above location.

A temporary road closure is required on Anson Road on 23rd September 2024 for 1 day, 08:00 TILL 16:00

The road will be closed between the junction of Charnwood Road and the junction of Griffin Close.

During the works, temporary prohibition of waiting and loading restrictions will be enforced, where required on Anson Road, Charnwood Road and Oxford Street.

Temporary 3 way traffic signals will be utilised on Charnwood Road and Oxford Street.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will be implemented for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council safely undertake carriageway patching works.

The proposed alternative diversion route will be via: Charnwood Road, Field Street, Britannia Street, Belton Street, Tickow Lane and vice versa.
