Notification of Essential Maintenance Works A42 J14 to M1 Electrical (Finger Farm) - from 1 November 2024

Road work will be carrying out essential electrical works on the A42 between Junction 14 and M1 Junction 23a – Donnington Services.
During the scheme of work, we will;
• Replace end of life street lighting equipment including columns and lanterns
• Replace feeder pillars, ducting, road crossings and cables
• Replace existing road signage.

Once completed, all road users will benefit from improved road safety and lighting.

Work is due to star on 1st November 2024 and is scheduled for completion by the end of beginning of December 2024.
